For over two decades, I’ve been deeply committed to my personal development journey, driven by an insatiable passion for learning and growth. Raised in a childhood shaped by rigid religious beliefs, I began questioning them from a young age, feeling in my heart that there had to be another way.

As a teenager, I made a promise to myself to keep learning and break old patterns. That commitment set me on a path where I faced significant challenges while uncovering my own spiritual truth. Through countless cycles of transformation, I’ve come to believe that we all hold the power to change our minds, bodies, and lives.

I’ve invested tens of thousands of dollars into my personal growth and explored counselling, workshops, courses, and spiritual and energetic therapies—including but not limited to Reiki, hypnotherapy, neuroscience, EFT, NLP, yoga (ashtanga, vinyasa, bikram, laughing, aerial), pilates, Bowen therapy, IFS, tarot, mediumship, psychic readings, crystal therapies, lomi lomi, massage therapies, TCM, acupuncture, ayurveda, naturopathy, 5 rhythms dance, human behaviour,  inner child work, past life regression, mindfulness and meditation.

Becoming a Mama to 3 beautiful daughters, each born at home, has given me a deeper purpose to change generational patterns and lead the way.

As someone who loves physical books, organizing, making to-do lists and solving puzzles, I've combined these passions to support solo business owners, leading to the creation of VIA Solutionist.

“VIA” means “by way of,” and “Solutionist” represents a problem solver—someone who cuts through complexity and creates clarity, just like I do for my clients.

I’m now blending my experience in the wellness industry and as an Executive Assistant to provide intuitive virtual assistant services to clients with soul-driven missions.

I handle tasks essential to operating and expanding as a soulpreneur while also managing the crossover into personal life—because I believe those two areas can’t be separated. Using a holistic approach, I help you clarify your values and goals, so we can create more efficiency and alignment, ultimately supporting you in achieving your vision.

Life isn't linear, the are ebbs and flows, peaks and plateaus, times for rest and work. My approach is flexible and tailored specifically to you. Balance is important and I believe that what we resist persists. I embrace being human and the full spectrum of light and dark.
